Why do you want to capture your wedding on video?
We had our photographer booked already and although pictures are lovely we wanted something which would direct us back to the moment and relive it over again!

Why did you pick Mills Films to do your wedding videography?
You were a recommendation of our photographer Katie Ingram and when we watched the clips of films on your website we enjoyed the laidback, personal approach they all seemed to have.

You guys? …What do you do?..How do you spend your days?..What’s important in life? etc etc
We are both in full time employment, Neil works in electrical engineering design and I am currently studying to be a paediatric nurse. We have our own house and we have a pug, Oscar, who we like taking on walks at the weekend. Friends and family are a big part of our lives and we like spending time with them at BBQ’s, parties and meals out! Together we enjoy watching films and any new box sets, going to the cinema and out for food/drinks!

The proposal? …Tell me everything (all the gushy details)
Were we travelling around the west coast of America and on the last night of our first stop in LA we found a restaurant, Cliff’s Edge. We sat outdoors as it was beautifully lit up with lanterns and little lights. We took one look at the menu and panicked as there was nothing either of us likes (it was all abit too posh!!). So we laughed, ordered what seemed okay and drank wine (alot of wine!). After our meal and a couple more glasses of wine we were sat next to each admiring the scenery when Neil pulled out the most beautiful ring and asked me if I would be his wife! And of course I said yes 😀

So, Wethele Manor in the West Midlands? … Why this place above anywhere else?
We fell in love with Wethele Manor form the moment we saw it online. We both had a good feeling and booked a viewing. At the viewing the staff were so helpful and informative and I knew right away that we could trust them to give us a fabulous day! The grounds and outdoor areas did it for us as we wanted to get married outside and we just knew this would be the best place to have the greatest day ever!

What experience do you want to give to your guests?
We just want everyone to have fun! We are fairly laid back people and want people to feel relaxed. There will be garden games and a live band at night so we are hoping everyone enjoys themselves, has a boogie and walks away saying it was one of the best days!
