Why do you want to capture your wedding on video?
We want to have a memory of the day, including the atmosphere which doesn’t always show on photos. We also want to be able to appreciate bits of the day we were unable to see (we sadly can’t be everywhere at once!). We’d love to share the video with family who couldn’t make it.

Why did you pick us for videography?
My friend recommended you!

You guys? …What do you do?..How do you spend your days?..What’s important in life?
Charlene is a GP and Nick is self employed doing self described “Nerdy business stuff online”. Charlene is always busy, and spends her weeks catching up with friends, or spending time with Nick and the family. She loves baking and reading. Nick loves computer gaming so Charlene being busy works well for him! Whats most important to us both in life is spending time with friends and family and travelling the world.

The proposal? …Tell me everything (all the gushy details)
It was our 8 year anniversary (we know, whirlwind romance!!) and Nick had arranged a trip to York to celebrate. The first night we went out for a lovely dinner, and he asked questions like what kind of ring Charlene would like if he ever proposed (whilst he had the ring in his pocket, risky move!). He was scouting the area for an appropriate place to propose and eventually settled on the museum gardens. We went there the following morning, and he was behaving oddly, but Charlene had no idea why. He managed to find a secluded spot by the river, and got down on one knee. It was perfect. The rest of the day was spent enjoying fizz and York!

So, Syon Park in London? … Why this place above anywhere else?
Nicks parents live in Brentford, and we have had many walks past Syon House as a family. We wanted somewhere in London, as this is the place we first made our home together and when we looked round Syon we feel in love instantly and there was no option of anywhere else!

What experience do you want to give to your guests?
We want our guests to have a memorable day full of great food and drink, dancing and plenty of laughs. We want everyone to feel comfortable, but to enjoy the special surroundings of Syon House.
